Where we are

Hotel Ambasciatori is in a town avenue, strategically positioned both for tourists who want to quickly get to Venice itself and for business people who require a central base from which to reach the industrial and commercial zones of Italy's thriving North East. The railway station is 800 m from the Hotel and the centre of Mestre is even closer. Venice can be reached quickly by using an efficient and regular public transport bus service (leaving at roughly 8-minute intervals): the bus stop is right opposite the hotel itself.

HOW TO REACH US

From the motorway
 
At the motorway exit, follow the signs for "Venezia-Mestre". Once you arrive at the overpass that joins the historic city centre of Venice with the mainland, you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left and go straight on. At the foot of the overpass you are descending, you will see the Hotel, after the first set of traffic lights, on the corner with Via Torino.

From Mestre railway station

From the stop immediately outside the station exit (NOT the one on the opposite side of the road), you can take the No. 20, 21, H1 bus (ride time about 5 minutes for 1,30 Euro per person)

From Venice Marco Polo Airport

At the airport exit you will see a sign for Hotel Ambasciatori. If you don't notice it, follow the signs for Venice for about 10 km. At the large roundabout (San Giuliano area), turn into Via Forte Marghera (third exit) in the direction of central Mestre. After about 1 km you will come to Piazza 27 Ottobre, where you will see a sign to our hotel. Keep to the left as you go around the long roundabout, following the grass island area, thus making a long U-turn. Then turn right into Corso del Popolo. The Hotel is about 800 m along, at the end of the street, on the left immediately at the foot of the overpass.

Using public transport

Fly-Bus ATVO: bus stop in front of the hotel, a bus every 20 minutes approx.; trip time: 17 minutes; cost per ticket: Euro 6,00 (baggage included). Schedule available on www.atvo.it

Bus ACTV - line 15 every 30 minutes (on Sundays every hour); bus stop VEMPA (after railway station) 200 mt from hotel; trip time: ca. 30 minutes; cost per ticket Euro 6,00. Schedule available on www.actv.it .
